AimCV privacy notice

This notice explains the product’s intended data practices. Company identity, registered address, international transfer mechanism and jurisdiction-specific contact details must be completed before public commercial launch.

Data we use

Account details, resumes you upload, career preferences, application records, security logs and product usage needed to operate AimCV.

Why we use it

To authenticate your account, parse and structure your resume, rank job relevance, prepare user-requested career materials, deliver notifications, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.

Automated matching

Match scores are decision-support tools, not employment decisions. AimCV should show the main factors behind a score and let you correct profile data. Employers do not receive your profile unless you choose to proceed with an application.

Sharing

Data is shared only with service providers needed to operate the product or with an application destination you explicitly approve. AimCV does not sell private resume data.

Retention and control

Users must be able to download and delete account data. Resume files remain private. Production retention periods and deletion schedules must be documented before launch.

Contact

Privacy requests can be sent through the support address displayed in the product. A formal privacy contact and, where required, EU/UK representative details must be added before launch.
